ok all just to try and pick your brains on some advice to keep things moving. still weight 95kg odd. and the fat loss is still prgressing. the diet is humming around 2800 a day. cardio is 45 to 1 hour min a day minimum. weights are a 4 day split with 3-4 set of 12-15. I'm starving for advice up here in the UK, so anyone fire it at me. target is to get to 5% in about 6 weeks. the photos may not show it but the abs are actually coming through. :pfft:

If you would like to review the diet it is attached in the spreadsheet. this is a handy little tool, so if anyone wants to copy and add some numbers and food types to it. go for it.
