This is my progress so far after 4 weeks between photos so i think ive gained a little bit especially in my lats im half through my 8 week goals.

Stats now

age 17

weight 73kg

height 6ft and a half

Also what muscle is between your hip and ribcage i need to wok on it as it seems missing...

Ive put on about 2-3kgs which is pretty insane for me so im pretty happy hopefully most of its muscle. The obliques definitly need work my hips are wider than that muscle so it looks stupit.

Well done James - in bodybuilding terms, 4 weeks is nothing, so to see progress in that timeframe is quite impressive.

I disagree with your assessment of your obliques. I think they're just fine, and perfectly proportionate to the rest of you. The fact that your waist is smaller than your hips is a good thing - it helps get that V-taper illusion going. In the after photo, you can see your obliques faintly, and they'll pop out much more when you drop your body fat.

I'm not saying you should cut now - definitely keep bulking. But don't worry about your obliques too much. There's nothing wrong with them. :)

Hey thanks for the comments guys. Im definitly not a good poser but it will come with time i hope, i think my assumption of being a hard gainer is wrong ive just never eaten enough food through my whole life my body seems to be responding well to extra fuel its getting everyday.
