Yep already PM'd him, was just waiting for a reply. Cheers Tonka, you gunna be competing?

Hey bro, I'll be coming down for a lift but doing it raw. I have actually posted a challenge for those wanting to give it a go (Powerhouse Forum) and put up some prizes as well to make things a little more interesting. If you are a member of the NZPF give it a go as everyone is in with a chance.

Stay strong bro

Nah not that big bro, real tall so current weight is not much.

Was a fair bit smaller when boxing but was eating fucking heaps man. Haven't hit the bag in a few months - I've snapped my middle knuckle really bad  Some c*nt tried to bottle me in town and my fist met his head a little too hard.

Only Biceps and Shoulders hurt like f*ck when I was boxing. Compound stuff the day before was ok. My program was really similar to Hollyfeilds weight regime...

Theres info on my diet in here somewhere. Pretty much if it had no taste and was high in protien or carbs I ate it

 517g of protein a day.

f#$G animal.

Knuckle to the head. You boxers NEVER learn. Punching without gloves just aint the same! Unbeleivable amount of semi pro boxers out there with busted knuckles from street fights. For the street fights save it bro, open palm strikes, bitch slaps, kicks, knuckle dusters, sawn off shot guns... that sort of thing

Got up to 122kg. Now a very lean 118kg.

Pulled a 320kg racklift a few weeks back and a 300kg off the ground. Behind neck pressed 150kg standing, and Front squating 160kg+ with ease. On a working holiday in one of the asian countrys at the moment. Preparing for a fight in Japan currently. Think I might give a strongman contest in America a go a little later in the year..

Still natural.... for now...

Powerlifting probably has a different definition of what you consider a parallel squat, so you have to be prepared to really sink them! And don't get me started on bench! Let's just say you don't want to do a "Samwelly" (supposedly bench 200kg, but fail to do 150kg at the meet three times). As for deadlifting, my guess is you'd do 230+ at a meet. Grip won't be a problem at all with a good bar and some chalk.

What do you reckon about this comment SamWelly?

You could also call it a "Biggurl" or "SoaringSwine", we've all done the same thing.
