Legs getting stronger... old PB was 220kg for 1.

Squat:

80kg 8 reps - warm up

120kg 8 reps - warm up

160kg 6 reps - warm up

200kg 5 reps

220kg 4 reps

240kg 1 rep

Leg Press:

360kg 10 reps - warm up

400kg 10 reps - warm up

440kg 10 reps

480kg 9 reps

Hammies after whole stack 10 rep 4 sets

Up to 160kg for 6 reps on incline now with no spot. Hoping to crack 200kg flat next comp in december. Fingers crossed.

New NFS Nos stuff I'm trying is awesome.

Anyone keen to go train at powerhouse? Don't know anyone who already goes there
