Goal - 125kg by December '08

Very average training session today. Looked really lean, but I am worried I have lost a bit of weight. Keeping up the calories is really hard at my current weight so I am going to have to start skulling back the olive oil :lol:

Didn't go for a 200 as I felt very lathargic and weak today - no point in pushing to injury. Decided on a volume day instead.

Bench Press:

130kg for 8

140kg for 9 (This was really hard for some reason - Couldnt' work out why)

140kg for 8

140kg for 7

130kg for 8 :evil:

Smith Machine Inline:

120kg for 10

100kg for 8

100kg for 8

At this point I realised it was my shoulders that were still fatigued from Thursdays session. Chest felt strong and so did tri's.

Dumbell Flys:

40kg for 8

35kg for 8

30kg for 8

Dip Machine

Whole stack + 40kg added to side - 10 reps

Whole stack + 60kg added to side - 10 reps

Whole stack + 60kg added to side - 10 reps

Whole stack + 50kg added to side - 9 reps

Tricep pushdowns on cable machine:

Whole Stack - 10 reps

Whole Stack + 10kg - 10 reps

Whole Stack + 10kg - 10 reps

4/5th of Whole Stack - 9 reps

All these were superset with Kickbacks 1/2 stack for 8 reps.

Had the 4th late night in a row - got home at 7am. Still not drinking which is good but the late nights is taking its toll. Junk food day today - So far I've eatin a BK Chicken crispy combo, cheeseburger, hamburger, double cheese burger, coke, large fries, chocolate, half a kilo of scotch fillet, 8 eggs, big bag of chips, icecream and cashews. I am beggining to like cheat days. Bodyfat still around 10% at the moment. Feel like my arms are shrinking while everything else is growing :( Time to get a librarian girlfriend who never goes out to replace the young girls who want to stay out till the sun comes up :lol:

hey can u tell us abit more about delish and how much of it u eat a day, always keen to try new things BLUTO said he eats it post workout but isnt it low GI?

Yeah I don't think he uses it for an insulin response tho. I eat about a 550gram can a day. 60 gram carbs, 15ish grams of Fribre.

I need more mass. Time to go eat some more. :twisted: :twisted:

Think I'm gunna get Ulburg to take them this week. Legs are lagging a bit and I need to get my training volume up to get some hardness -Hopefully no massive freaks enter the online challange and throw me out completly haha. Back into training tomorrow - gunna do squats after work.

My job prevents me from saying what I would like to right now.

All the best for your training Disaster. I hope that you don't get hit by a car or something awfull - it would be a huge loss to this forum and your contribution would be sorely missed.

Where do you get this from bro. His legs aint small. I don't know many people who can chuck on 3 plates a side in their second week of squatting. Though in saying that, squat weight doesn't reflect leg size, I know alot of guys with good squats but skinny legs. You should post some pics disasterpiece :roll:

I was looking through last years challenge and you have way more size than the guy who won it last year bro.

But yeah that chick was tiny, and flexible :grin: haha

I will gladly post some pics of my legs up, infact I have been thinking of doing this nzbb challenge.

I don't know many people who can chuck on 3 plates a side in their second week of squatting.

Neither do I, I think that would be pretty stupid doing that heavy on ur second week of squatting EVER, just my HO. (I'm not saying sam is stupid)

Also why do u rotangalangs keep going on about Sam looking so good? it is weird man.

Size isn't everything! Andrew looked fantastic last year.. I'm sure he'll surprise a few of you this year too.

Samoan/disaster piece. You guys are quick to judge leg size purely on weights alone, and obviously it's never the case with weights meaning size. I'm just defending one of the boys, as most of you would if it were one of your mates.

This forum is for helping bodybuilders, giving advice and discussing the love of bodybuilding. Not comparing ego's :roll:

All i have said in regards to SamWelly's leg workout is that I thought he would be squatting 200kg plus already...in comparison to the rest of his weights...

And what is the case with you?? What is your excuse??

You both lift light weights and you are small so I dont know what your argument is...

To say what weights I 'should' be doing is stupid. For someone who has only been training for 2 years, is only 21 years old, and hasn't touched anything that isn't sold over the counter then I think I am doing ok. Legs or no legs half of you don't seem to have the dedication or persistance to train hard without sticking something in your ass - and I'm not talking about 2guns wang eiher :lol:
