As for doing those lifts at 20 I dont see what that has to do with me. I never said they were good... Why dont you post up some pics of yourself bud.

Tore a tendon 6 weeks out from cage fight, hit some guy in a club and his tooth ripped my knuckle open. Pulled out to find the guy I was meant to be up against was 20kg lighter than I was told and was in shit condition. Should of just gone for it... Oh well. Keen to get another 10kilo on my frame then look at my options. More focused on making money at the moment than training to be honest... See if I can juggle both.

Bit of a mixed up session tonight.

Deadlifts:

60kg warm up - 15 reps

100kg warm up - 10 reps

140kg warm up - 6 reps

200kg - 6 reps

240kg - 6 Reps

260kg - 2 Reps - Ran out of air for more belt to tight

Biceps:

Seated curls 4 sets

Barbell curls medium spaced 5 sets

Dumbell preacher curls 5 sets

Long session tonight 1.5hours - just getting my food in now 2 cans creamed rice, 60 gram isolate, 1 powerade.
