Hello how is everyone.

Im new so forgive me if i ask some stupid questions

i use to go to the gym 4 times a week doing upper and lower body and cardio.

I have now changed that to working out at home. 2 days a week

I train to failure on these days hence only doin it 1-2 times a week to allow recovery formy muscles.

Their is no doubt I am getting stronger, i can notice it and so can everyone else, the thing i am lacking is definition.

Some days ill wake up ot do a work out for instance and youll be able to see my pecks lol some days (like now hence im here) its like im fully flat and theres nufin.

I use to have nice pecks and didnt change anythign but upped my workout weight but im losing them. I haev absolutey no clue why im getting stronger but losing any tone or any bulk tht i had. I am qwuite a small perosn tho.

Hey Chris, diet certainly plays a large part, but there's another factor which I'm surprised no-one else has touched on yet...

I don't think training twice a week is enough. I know you're going to failure now, and that's a good thing, but I think more is needed. When you only train twice weekly, I think you end up doing a lot of stuff not very thoroughly. It's better to split your routine over more days, and rotate through each muscle group.
