I think it's michael kingsnorth...I thought Paul was training with Mike. Paul is from the shore and so is Mike...or harbour or woteva you wana call it.

All good Dumbelldog, I was having a quiet chuckle today about the speculation, it wasn't even back night last night either, we did chest and bis.

I have some great pics of Phil K he sent me the other day- lookin HARD, he has more all over back thickness but I have more width and lat flare- I've taken to deadlifting more to get the thickness, Phils now chinning more:)

I thought you might also think it's Joe Ulberg, he's an Overall Mr NZ with back thickness to burn and is doing the Elite show too.

Happy to spark some interest in the show to help make it a success for you however I can MT,

I pointed out to Jo S that we should get a photo at the Elite of me, Joe Ulberg, Phil and Moe (if he's still doing it)....4 overall mr NZ winners in contest shape on the same day- thats got to be a first.
