...well sorta, mum and dad dont pay for anything for me (last year they didnt even pay for my chicken) so wen u are unemployed it gets hard. they also dont support me wen im fussy and moody :wink: but thats good.

Yeah, no one supports me when I'm dieting either... Bastids lol2.gif

I honestly admire you for training/dieting (and competing! :shock:) while you're at school.. looking back, we used to have morning trainings for netball or volley, but I never went to them no.gif.. annnd my eating was crappola.

But I just think its great that you've educated yourself in heathy eating and exercise at your age :nod:

yeah! i no wat u mean - i was glad {recently} ma nana's funeral wasnt a fullblown tangi...i was in the kitchen scoffing all the mini mince pies as quick as mum was cooking them hahaha...(o 3weeks ago...seems like a lifetime ago now..good old mince pies !) so imagine the deal if we had hangis and the works !!!

today was another one of those days..omgosh, i was O.K in the morning, went downsadnesshill by 12 then by gym was so angry...but comon wat the hell !? you dont go and sit down RITE behind someone when theyre bending over pickng up the barbell to do uprite rows...and then continue to sit there..m-o-t-i-o-nless

but on the upside got picked for schol english at school yay :)

(and art history..but psssh i dont think il do that, with nats on the cards il be stressing enough !)

DreamMeter: had one about eating sum cakes with Gordon Ramsey last nite (wtf ?) the cupcake was soo gud..crumbly golden outside, then creamymousseychocolatey inside with heavy american pink cake frosting piped ontop. Yumola!

How much water do you drink a day? I'm feeling hella bloated for most of the day.. and am thinking that maybe I should up my water intake to get rid of it? Are all the veges making you feel bloated too? unsure.gif

not enuff water poos, id drink only 2L a day aiming for 3, last year id chug back 4L easy...its too cold to put more cold water in me! but il work on it

took my first lot of fat burners today (2x pills). just after my carbs @ 1120 so theyd b rite 1 hour b4 cardio @ 12.10 game. hada fantastikal game, felt really good

will start supplementing with them properly 2x2lots perday at 6am and 12.55pm

wtf iz happening to me, my bodies gone crazy couldnt sleep much lastnite at all, my jaws hurting like mental, and today n my last two classes it felt like my stomach was bout to explode. so undeserved :cry:

..ontop of that i have had intense food dreams that even top the dreammeter

Hmmm molars or wisdom teeth more like aye?

Your fat burners will take a while for your body to get use to them so you will find your sleep will be a bit disrupted just for a little while. Sometimes they can upset your tummy for a bit also, only temporary though. Did you get the shits? haha sorry

The stomach issues sounds like something I had with thermos in the past too.. or it could just be major bloat? I had bad stomach problems last week :oops: , but it came right on its own when I increased water intake..

well well im sick as a brick

and my jaw was stuffed from my shoulder so im out of balance now (seriously, stand me up straight and i lean hahaha)

but i have been trying to motor on through my training and dieting (dieting has been tough-i dont want to eat! feel like throwing up)

but dad just told me to not train next couple of days, so il jus be gently cardio'n it up, and keepn on diet
