A. the nu guy hu works at ma gym, young dude that randomly knows a dude i know of, but i dnt actually know, but my bf knows, but new guy at gym knows who my bf iz but dusnt aktually know him .... :pfft: confused? :P

B. this random laydee who was like wat do u train for/u r so serious wen u train/ur body shape has changed So much from wen u started..da da daa was quite nice aktually hehe

C. a worker at the aquatiks bit, always asking me for advice on how to loose weight etc... i keep sayin exact same thing each time, eat clean foods 6x a day and do cardio and u will loose weight..in one ear out te other...maybe if i said eat one roses chocolate every 1 hour for 12hours each day for 12weeks she'd take notice

D. well i didnt talk to this tool-more like at him...i had ma gear on seated row and was supersetting and then he jus came over and took my bottle off the seat and kicked away my cellfone, and as i was walking back to the mach neway i said "im still using it" and hes like "u must have finished youve been gone like four minutes" so i got my claws out and was like "iz there a problem with that?" and hes like "yeah (walking away) u must b done buy now, too long, blah blah wank wank" ..go back to ure 2kg dbs u punk

yup thats wat i got too-it was a bit nasty wen i first got it, tasted like a chocolate bar mixed with cough medicine...but i gotten used to it now so its all good, mixes really well, but i dont think il get it again, EAS choc was really yum so il stick w that

iz it good? i so wanted a bbq bacon tendercrisp burger after my comp but they didnt make them nemore :/ having said that i spent about an hour after comp doubled over w my back being rubbed, i nearly threw up from calorie shock :lol:

The heels sound cute! As for ball dresses.. ummm? Max usually has some nice dresses/gowns, as does Stax... But then you're never sure if someone else will turn up in the same gown!

I think I got one of my school ball gowns (uhh.. many moons ago :oops: ) from Recycle Boutique in town for like $30, and a mate got hers from a 2nd hand shop on K Road.. then we blew our budget on accessories lol. You could also try TradeMe too for some ideas ;)

Diets been good today up until afternoon tea, i just went blah and ate sum chippies n a choc bar. partly cos i wasnt n normal routine of going straight to gym [instead went to drop my dvds off at video shop from a week ago :oops:] but also coz im sik of backstabbing biatches at sckool; they got me all upset. suma them muppets need to be taught a lesson. wel i nearly did, but geting a scholarship to uni counts more than throwing the toys and having fisty cuffs :lol:

but seriously..sumtimes i wunda about the brats at my sckool.sheesh.

this is my dress from last year-want something similar this year.

im thinking i could always chop and inch or two off it, and then recover the pink bit with a cool fabric eg leopard print or sumthing equally outrageous.

but now my back doesnt fit into it :shifty: grr

Yeah it isn't bad. But the BBQ Bacon Double Cheeseburger will always be my one true love. I think I'm making progress towards my goals... won't find out for a few weeks yet exactly how much. Your dedication to your training and especially your diet is impressive.

hehe, thanks yeah trainings goin gud guns, but diet iz a bit slack atm, tryna get outa the "i dieted for soo long" mentality now, and onto consistly sufficing my protien needs each day in order to grow. but i gues in comparison to the ave teens diet (which is like a cheat a meal haha) my diet iz angelic.

this is my dress from last year-want something similar this year.

Pretty dress! If you like the dress, then definitely get a tailor/seamstress to add on the extra fabric you want :nod: Oops, I forgot that our ball had a 50's theme.. which is why we went Op shopping :doh: lol.

Exercise:AM: 1 full netb game (was quite hard)

PM: warmup + nearly 1 full netb game (came off 6mins b4 end of 3rd quarter-rolled ma ankle quite bad, but went back on 4th quarter)

NB 2nd game i was so mental angry-honest bout ready to deck someone soon, think i needta go hit the punch bad tomro burn off sum aggression

Diet:

930AM 4xpiece vogels toast w PB

12PM-4PM 1 red powerade

415 1 ma higgins cookie+1 toastie

10PM (just got hme from bubasiting and ate sum leftover cold hotchips from fish n chips-which i convieniently missed out on-now i feel sicky :?)

'Buying' was awesome... got to handpick styles from local & international manufacturers (hello free travel!), plus analyse past trends/customer buying patterns for different seasons/brands we stocked :) Fun, but VERRYYY stressful. Only reason why I left was 'cos I felt like I had to do something that had some relevance to my uni degree lol.

eh wel netb iz a non-contact sport rite? wel the higher up grades you go the more competitive it becomes, but the team we played on sat was jus ridikulous the C was like an old laydee and was all up on me-lng story short-i moved to WA and then C yells at WD good keep on her, hassling her like that, good stuff, so i walkd over to the C and shoulder barged her...she went stumbling backwards bout 5metres,then the hooter went and she whirld round shoved out her hand was was like"eh good sportsmanship centre"....me="f%$k off" and walked off.

i was fuming, didnt call no cheers, nor shake hands, such bad captiancy but i was so angry :shifty: woopsie daisy.

but wah do they expect-agressive game iz fine, blatant pushing/tripping/hitting is not (and i saw alot of my girls geting that, which iz wat tipped me)

Diet: Cheat Day-but ive decided sun wont be my cheat day anymore, sat will be, as i have netball i get distrackted and dont eat that much, and on sunday i jus eat aimlessly (not even when hungry) and then routine gets skrewd on mon because im not hungry ala today

Monday August 4

So you're still taking fatburners even though you're not dieting anymore? Is it just to control hunger?
