So you're still taking fatburners even though you're not dieting anymore? Is it just to control hunger?

wel wel wel..jus b4 comp i managed to get 2 pottles of 120caps of eas thermos for $55 (skooree!) and only used about 20 from the first bottle, and so now if im feelin down on energy pop two, prolly not the best but owel-they supress my raging appetite too-wich has been virtually non existent lately newae

thats crazy!! just saw on campbell live the dude hu is flinging himself off the harbour bridge next friday for 24hours trying to beat the guiness world record of 101 jumps-me and my mates should be able to see him, heading down to the viaduct for dinner at wildfire for one of my bestys 18ths

Good luck with getting to 40kgs! Going heavy on the bench brought up my upper body (especially shoulders :shock:) HEAPS.

my squats went down the toilet :/ was so dissapointed atually becoz was amping it looking forward to them..then just blah wasnt realy there on the day body wasnt doin wat the mind was tellin it :/

Saturday August 9th

Exercise:

PM 1 netball game lost 21-20 - we had 6players, they had 7, we played the WHOLE game one down, and only lost by 1...it wulda been mean if we had come up with the win

Diet:

surprisingly for my cheat day didnt go too crazy

Sunday August 10th

Exercise:

AM 1 netball game won 26-20 - v good hard fast game, loved it, got bowled over in the 3rd quarter, have huge graze down my leg and buggared palms-my netty mates were crackn up said it looked like a crumping move as i bailed :oops:

Diet:

well i jus had BK so lets not go there.

Ramblings:

-gota get all my meals in tomoro and start to add quality mass to my frame

-last netball game of season next week (wow early)

-im realy feeling bball atm and maybe would quite like to play, but had two offers already for summer leagues in netty, not shure wat ima do, or even if il go crazy and join total cheer (cheerleading) bcoz thats the elements u gota bring to the fitness stage.

* lite pb, mum got from supermarket-is v v sweet. hada look on the ingredients peanuts (68%) malodextrin and other shiz, whereas the other normal pb from that range is peanuts (94%) so even though lesser calories in the lite PB they have jus replaced the fat cals w carb cals (in the form of sugar) im not shur if i like that.

awesome i brought my ball dress today off trademe, fingers crossed it fits!!

but tried on my shoes tonite and theyre too small, so since i havent worn them ima take them back this week and get a bigger size (i was 1 week awayish from comp wen i brought them, musta put all the weight back on my feet :pfft: )

* i got stuck, i must have fatigued my chest becoz felt realy stong with the 30kgs, then 35 was v hard, and on the 2nd set i got to my 4th rep and got stuck :oops: AND i had NO spotter..so i was jus stuck down the back of the gym with 35kgs on my chest-i looked up and there wer 4 big guys standing round staring towards me-but in actuality they were watching the olympics on the screen above me hahahaha...

i was lying there like wth am i supposed to do, and the lift was shitty one to get stuck under anyway :( so i yelled out to my bros mate, and him and his training partner rushed over and lifted it off me crakn up-i looked like a tool :doh: but idc i thought twas quite funny also!

And thats what I hate about the bench.. you could be fine at a given weight (like your 30kgs) then you go and add a tiny bit extra, and all of a suddent it becomes a fecking deadweight and you can't shift it dry.gif. So basically the moral of my story is... I know how it feels lol.

Loving your diet :grin:

You could still get bigger on 10-15 reps, max out last set heavy as 10, you'll get stronger with your diet being full of yummy stuff. You have so many years to see what works for you so worth trying different things. You can stay nice and lean around 16% all year around which looks great and grow and keep your Dad happy. Do some heavy training and do 3xcardio per week.
