'sounds like you've got a great perspective on things, I've watched since you came back from that shoulder injury and seen the guts n determination. Yep, Pseudo's right, a lot of folks don't get it, they don't seem to see the hours of cardio and weights as the same as a runner pounding the streets. You've prolly got an advantage with your folks' background over some of the others.

things are wrapping up now, that was my last back&bi workout, got chest&tris tomoro, and the shoulders on tuesday, double cardio on wed, and possibly a AM cardio on thurs, before posing posing posing.

weigh in tomoro, not that im too concerned; im hoping on stage anyway. probably could be leaner, should be, but ohwello !

oh and chicken! mmmm chicken from now on

will switch to 100G dried kumara for bfast from weds wen i start to dehydrate, but atm still keep in oats, along with my 6L water mon/tues

I hear what your saying about not comin in lean enough - but that's self inflicted!! If I didn't have so many supporters comin to the show i don't think I'd still be doin it.

But - here we are - 5 days to go!

Monday June 23

40mins cardio (walk/run)

Weigh In: 55.8kg

didnt journal it but hada weigh in on friday too, came in at 56.1kgs

i havn't been cheating at all-diets been 100% spot on and exercise has been as planned, so i haven't Gained weight thus im concluding the 55.4kgs the friday before was a scales malfunction thought 1.4kg over about 3days was a bit too much!!

On the upside 55.8kg is EXACTLY on my projected targets

And its just a number..not gota let it get to me !!

and god drinking 6L water a day is a mish. got 1.5L to go..must get on to that :P

5 More Days.. 1 More Day of School :grin: :grin:

Tuesday June 24

yay school is over now for next 5 days

can focus on sleeping, eating clean and finishing school internals haha

start dehydrating tomorow; no more than 2L pure water, 1L pure water (thurs), no more than .5L pure water friday.

breakfast is now 100G kumara that has been dried, and only 5meals a day (want to sleep in over first meal)

carb up will be virtually non existent. just 1 TBs of almond nut butter with each Afternoon Tea, Dinner and Pre Bed chicken Meals, maybe a rice cake or two with almond nut butter in the PM on fri, and/or Am on sat

no more weights; have two hour long cardios to do tomoro, and one hour on thursday AM; probably walk around my area, not heading to the gym. have my waxing tomoro also. contemplating a steam room/sauna visit on thursday in the morning, but thats tentatively scheduled.

gota practise my poses and routine and do my music also - both have changed from wen i made it up 6weeks out - thought DMX was jus a lil too rugged for me haha

if anyone has any suggestions for these last few days feel free to throw them at me :)

no more fatburners from now. so pleased waxing is over and done. not sure if il cardio tomro maybe 40mins before breakfast, nor if il got to sauna and steam room. last shower tomro till after finals on sat :P

dont know what the plan of attack is between shows ie with food

any ideas??

Thursday June 26th

Exercise:

None really. Wel i did go to newmarket for about an hour and a half and was walking around there, so consider that my cardio done. no more exercise yay yay yay.

Diet: {i can understand how anorexics get so skinny..the less you eat the less you feel like eating}

i just stuck on all my fake nails, the dmn things make it so hard to txt nd type! nd they keep fallin off becoz i was tentative wit the glue-after last years fake nails i am aware of how much these things bluhdy hurt!

last coat of tan soon (once mum stops watching living channel :roll:) then bedybyes before DDAY!!!

i was pleased with wat i saw offstage, but somewhere, somehow it didnt corralate to onstage gud enuf (esp compared to last year). ive qualified for nattys so thats al goodies, and offstage im pleased wit where my bodies atm (and have a lovely tahitian tan :pfft: in midwinter auckland)

ive been feasting the last two days, tomoro ima head back to the gym, and clean up my diet, 16weeks till nationals i think, i have a nutrionist lined up that im gonna see at 12week mark {she just doesnt know it yet !}

once my swollen belly (from all the bingeing) has gone down ima prolly take sum piks and post them up in here, for reference in countdown to nats

on side notes:

-i did not eat more than 30 peanut m&ms between AM&PM shows (instead i ate 20, and then heeaps of other shit hahaha :oops: no wonder i looked bad)

-great to meet you poos :grin:

-and nice talking to you again flamer (remember u from last years!)

-and mastertel you played flamers musik at the end of mine (and i had gone to the trouble of doing a fadeout on my musik and everything :cry: wasted... :P)

-hellYeah go the making the routine up on the spot mine went great haha

-virgo was a standout competitor i rekon, awesome changes since north harbour!!
