but Oh BG, im also considering keeping in my protien powder at breakfast till prolly 9 days out-ish just becoz of the cost of chicken-what are your thoughts?

Friday June 13 (friday 13 :shock:!)

Exercise:

43.5mins cardio (tmill, 30mins @ lvl5.3, incline@10, 13mins 30secs @ lvl6.3 incline@2; 413cals)-that was great, only planning to do 30mins, but went to gym wit bro and was waiting for him to finish his arm Wo so got an extra 13mins in!)

Now that's an attitude that'll win ! Other people would have sat down and waited, but you kept on going.....two more weeks like that and you'll be in Peanut Butter (and chocolate) heaven!

she hasn't seen me since the elite show, so hope she thinks my progress is good !

Fingers crossed, but it sounds like you're going really strong!

Yeah man I tell you what a lot of people keep most in there diets till a week out, as long as all clean like you are doing and still loosing weight, you have nothing to worry about, if it ain't broke don't fix it as they say :nod:

yeah!! Only 14 days!! and i believe its actually going to be quite gross the amount of food im planning to ram into my body :pfft:

went to watch the mystics play today - netty is so intense in real life, and temepara george (fav player) literally throws herself into some of those plays! :shock:

Naughty protein bar muncher you! :wink: You'll hve to be a good girl from now on. However if you look at Elenor Stewarts diet she has 1/2 a bar (40gm Protein ones) every day m/t and a/t not sure how close to comp and she always comes in ripped up :nod:

critisize if u like, but i thought it was a pretty gud alternative to what else was on offer...i was in a mcDonalds/mcCafe :P

That sucks chick. Are they coming to watch the comp in 9 days? If they see how well you do and how much you love it they may reconsider the Nats.

I'd rather my daughter be into bodybuilding/fitness than a home drug lab or something like that.

jokes! nope, just mum n dad arent too happy 4 sum strange reason; mum thinks about 2kgs ago i shulda stopped loosing weight.

idk i can never win. she said: "as long as your living under this roof, no more competitions"

...jus because id prefer to go to the gym on a friday nite than go underage clubbing and hit the skulls. but yeh, watever.

i dont know if dad n mum will come, but sum crazy people are coming, like the lady and her 5year olddaughter i babysit for, and a PT (fam friend) from the gym. and this guy hu i know from gym, but hus aktually mates with my bigbro. also my best mate said she'd come, and a chick in my art class was like "oh we shuld all come, fieldtrip!" - theyre throwing me a shared lunch on monday after...Yay! (not that i wont already hava full belly by then!!)

ESP as my bigbro taking me out for dinner that Sunday nite- OH yay! i cant wait for that :grin: :grin:

but saturday nite will be brill! tops! food heaven

Thanks to the luxury of not living with my parents I manage to dodg mine for the majority of my comp prep. But, I hear what your saying. "Oh, your looking sick dear" :roll:

Only one week to go!! It's been fun reading your (food) journal lol hope your olds come around to this whole competing thing, it's one less hassle when you've got support at home. Don't know how you've managed to balance school, exams, work, gym, diet, cardio, netball etc etc, you deserve a big fat bag of peanut butter m&m's :pfft:

Don't stress too much about your parents, Small. That's a pretty normal reaction. None of my non-gym friends came to watch me compete - they just didn't feel comfortable with it. My parents came, although even they weren't looking forward to it. But they did say afterwards that they finally understood this whole bodybuilding thing. That was quite cool. Hopefully yours will come round, too. :)

I hope to be there, so if I can work out who you are, I'll cheer for you!

no no no...well my parents support me - my dad trained with bodybuilders and powerlifters for 40 years - was chaz ray and clive green's training partners. hes in the know...its how i got the idea to compete.

but i think they have trouble because it gets so full on - the "balance" between life and competeing doesn't exist in the last two weeks. i know after comp they'll be all goodies, its just tough on us all the last intense 2weeks.

hopefully with nationals being so far off, they Will come round by Oct 18th (otherwise i'll be flying off to welly secretly on friday nite hehehehe...)
