I have just started a new diet today with P Butter woo hoo

yeah u luki bugger :evil: haha i jus saw that! pb on vogels...but my tablespoons of signature range pb r the average persons 4 tablespoons :pfft: so its all or nothing for me...{so nothing}

Diet:

745AM 1/2cup oats, 1 scoop pp

1230PM 1 can tuna, 2 packs mini rice cake wheels

330PM 100G chicken, 1 pack mini rice cake wheels

630PM 200G carrot, 150G chicken

930PM 1 pshake

is it gettin frikn cold or iz it jus me ?

cant sleep at nite lately, n dusnt help lying ther freezing !!

no exercise either..jus a lazy ass :P

Yeah it's damn cold - and wet! With no carbs the cold gets right into th bones...remind me again why the AKL comp is mid-Winter???

Sumpn to be said for the Wellie comp being in April! :nod:

let me know how the protein tastes iv heard good things but yet to try it!

wel i finished the maxxwhey a while back. its pretty nice - a very nice drinking protien (w water), didnt favour it so much in my oats. id been using pharamsports pp for ages b4 it, and think thats wayy nicer in oats, but not gud as a drink.

have balance wpi/wpc blend whey in choc for post wo shake as it is 114cals, 23.4g pro {doesn't taste as good, but good stats}

also have optimum nutrition 100% whey in double choc for oats and other meals/shakes it is 120cals, 24g protein {tastes similar to Maxx but not extremely chocolatey}

personally i wont buy maxx whey again; stats for a 34g scoop is 24g protien, 5g carbs and 2g fat (by memory)

narr its not suposed to be but work n then got a bit bizzay, and didnt feel like going to gym. no problem tho, jus do my arm w.o tomoro morning w some cardio after it, then got netball game @ 2pm so more cardio then !

-cable straitbar pull up 20kgs 10 10 10 10

-cable ropepdown 20kgs 10 10 10 10

-db skullcrush 8kgs 3*frick my tris hurt soo bad so went to 7kg; 6 8 8

S/S db o'head press 17.5kg 4, 6, 6 last set couldnt get it up over my head :oops:

-dips bw on bench 25 25 25

-isolated bicurl mach 18kgs 10 8 8

30mins cardio (bike, lvl 7, 180cals)

PM: 40min cardio (netball game + 1 hour warm up)

Diet:

915AM 1/2cup oats, 1 scoop pp

1130AM 1 pshake

12PM 100g kumara

325PM 100G chicken, i pack mini wheels rice cakes

615PM 150G chicken, 200g vege

9PM 1 pshake

jus got back from the gym a wee while a go, gosh it was shit haha owel.

mite do another walk tonite b4 babysitting, but mite not too.

Nice weights and cardio. You have a full on day when you do your netball aye, I didn't do any cardio today will go hard this week. Shit 25 x 3 dips after all that, I do 15 and nearly full of the bench haha Mind you I am a heavy pork chop :pfft:

omgosh netball was INTENSE today, first game of round 1, we won 27-15 but was a struggle in the beginning. wats more theres 11 ppl in my team..and only ONE centre (..me)... :? tireing!

dont think il go 4 a walk tonite, jus guna watch tv 4 a bit. but gota stop watching food t.v :pfft:

o and also i keep havin whaked out dreams; last nite i hada dream i cheated on diet with a big bowl of monkey business icecream and chocolate hardening sauce. i woke up feeling so So bad haha mental
