CHEST

Bench BB 5x5 60/70/80/90/90kg

DB 5x5 20/25/25/30/20kg

incline DB 1x12 25kg

BACK

Barbell Row 5x5 60/70/80/80/80kg

ARMS

Alt DB curls 5x5 13.5/15/17.5/20/20

May eventually end up replacing Barbell bench for Dumbbell bench

Still concerntrating too much on chest and not enough on legs

Road the push bike to gym.

Shoulders

Incline Bench till failure 80/80/70/70/60/60/60kg

Smith Shoulder press seated 60/60/70/70/70kg

Standing military press 40/40/40/45/45/45kg

BACK

Deadlift 80/90/100/110/110kg

Lat pulldwn (wide grip) till failure 150/150/150/165/165kg

Was supposed to do legs but they still hurting from the 25/2/08 work out

Is really hard to walk away and not do anymore, it feels really strange doing 3 compound movements in one hour long session.

But I have managed to break my bench plateau of 80kg is now a good 95kg exactly my body weight.
