Looking good, jono!

Pretty thick in the chest and lats. You're right - the arms are lagging a wee bit, but it's not too bad. Just hit 'em hard... What does your workout split look like atm?

(Oh, and congratulations on taking such good photos... it took me a while before I even realised I was actually looking at a reflection and not the real thing! :P)

haha thx . it took a while to learn to take good pics of myself.

by the way there are no leg pics there cos i just trained em and they hurt too much to flex ha. heres a link to my legs last month.

monday legs

tues chest/bis

weds calf/forearms

thurs off

fri back

sat shoulders/tris

sun off

im planning to bulk till at least the end of the year. then see where im at.

I had a look at some of your older pics, Jono. Huge improvement! And over a fairly short time, too... :shock:

That looks like a pretty good split for you, since it's hitting arms twice a week. Another similar split I found worked really well (I had/have the same problem as you) was

Mon: Bis/Tris

Tues: Delts/Abs/Lower back

Wed off

Thurs: Chest/Tris

Fri: Back/Bis

Sat: Legs

Sun off
