Hay Guys

Just wondering what is the one supplement that u just CANT go without? The one product that you just HAVE TO have, whether it be daily, or weekly,... what is it?

Depending on what everyone says, would be interesting to see if theres a common supplement between everyone.

really?? when do you reccomend eating it? post or pre training??

is this a good source of omega 3's like a certain oil?

facinating...

You need to have some before EVERY workout to give you that wired up, pumped feeling :pfft: and than quite a bit more after workout, to help you to reach a more relaxed state of mind for outstanding sleep quality IMHO :pfft:

My supplement would be a good quality Protein mixure of whey and casein preferably... also have some fish oil once in a while....

I just didn't appear to get the results that others did, so I stopped wasting money. Maybe it was just me or the doses I was taking weren't correct for my weight but I did some experimenttion and still did not get the results. I do respond well to other supplements so no loss.

Me to, I used it a couple of times years ago with no difference so don't see the point on wasting my money on it. Does work for some though, no question about it.
