Yeah brothers I know I got ALOT of work ahead of me, and im 100% serious about getting my entire body up to par with my chest and tris.

SO FROM TODAY (AFTER I FINISH THE TRIPLE WHOOPER IN MY HAND) I am giving up takeaway food

If Im going to be putting 100% effort into my training, the least I can do is be providing my body with the right kind of fuel.

I worked out for ages but it wasnt till I hit the diet that the results really started filtering through. You're right, diet is the hard bit to sort out

This is a bodybuilding forum, not strength building. We are looking to improve our physique. IMHO sort out the diet, results will follow......

you re'con 10/90 I always think 30/70 what do other people think? But yeah training is the easy bit, its the nutrition you need to monitor thoroughly

Umm... I'd say about 30/70 too

You'll notice a huge difference in your physique once you start cleaning up the diet  Going by your avatar, you have a great shape already!

Hey M Dizzle

Great work on increasing the squat reps  Did you experience any pain in the knees? Or all good?

Ditto to what the wise BG sez. Who cares what anyone else thinks  Seriously, 80% of the guys at my gym who squat 100+ don't even go down to parallel no.gif

Yep, the very-smart-PnW is right...get the form right, drop in the hole and lift with form, never mind the sissy knee-just-breaking squats you see around. Besides, anyone who brings up your squat should be invited to try that Hundy-at-Hundy routine, that's awesome!

As for training, I reckon 20/80 gym-diet - muscles are made in the kitchen!

Yeah You'll get those legs up to speed eventually bro.

BTW that squat is way past parallel in your Avatar Poo's . How much is on the bar? 160kg? gees...........

from memory its not poos but one of her favourite female lifters ... ?

and yea like everyone else has said feel no shame, at least your doing something about it, probably about 80% of guys at my gym dont squat, and the few that do iv never seen go over 100 so you dont look as bad as you think you do.
