Thanks everyone for your input.

Will now start 1hour cardio pre-breakfast 5 days a week with another min 1 hour post workout - each evening.

(get some ephedrine tabs if u can, that wont show up in yr test if u just stop taking it a while b4 the show that will help u lots)

It is not my thing to delve into the area of borderline or banned stuff so will give that a miss. (that is just me no judgement on anyone else)

I am using Horleys Ripped factor Capsules pre morning cardio and pre weight training. - Have been recommended Animal-Cuts has anyone used them - I assume there is nothing dodgy in them?

I am currently just under 11% on the caliper tests at 92.2KG so

lean body mass is about 82 so if I don't loose too much muscle and can get to 83kg I should be right on track. ?

What is your off season back routine?

I do back 2 X per week normal with chest ie. Monday Chest then Back Thursday Back then Chest.

Wide grip chins 3 sets

Seated cable or bent BB rows 3 sets

wide grip pull downs 3 sets

Straight arm push downs 3 sets

and for one of my back workouts each week I normally do 3 sets Deadlifts.

Hey bro, thought I recognised you. I was training last night at LM. Tall guy with half sleeve on right arm. I was doing some Skull Crushers and flat bench... Good to see your in there training hard.

Wasn't me... I am in Taranaki... I must have a lookalike :shifty:

How is that 2 ginga body builders that look like me...
