I dont have a spotter so im afraid to go much heavier in case i cant get it off myself lol but so far this workout is working definitly improving each session. Yes it is also time to get another couple of 20kg plates for my deadlift mike if thats what your implying, i was also having trouble with my grip when i got over 80kg so might need to get some straps.

Had a play round tonight with my 1 rep maxs as i was feeling quite strong

I hit a 1x77.5kg Bench and a 21kg Concentration Curl so was extremely stoked with that have exceeded my expectations.
