Tuesday 29th - Arms

Seated Db curls - 20kgs x 12, 22.5kgs x 8, 22.5kgs x 8

Close grip bench press - 60kgs x 20, 80kgs x 10, 80kgs x 10

Hammer curls - 17.5kgs x 12, 20kgs x 12, 20kgs x 10

Overhead tricep extensions - 35kgs x 12, 40kgs x 10, 40kgs x 10

Concentration curls - 10kgs x 12, 12kgs x 12, 12kgs x 8

Tricep pulldowns - 66kgs x 15, 66kgs x 15

Decent workout, bit short cause i had to leave by 12.50, but only by a few extra sets
