Mate that is some fantastic gains you've made well done....looking well cut too. Which show are you planning on?

I think there is a guy down your way called Brian Jenkins who is an international Athletic competitor, could be worth seeking him out to fine tune the posing a little.

thanks mate, i'm hoping for the south islands in churchur in september i think,

if you noticed i'm lacking mass in one of my leggs so i wont enter unless its up to standed, i'm not going through all that waxing for shits n gigglels lol

Don't worry about the leg, it is what it is, make it the best you can but don't use it as a reason to not have a go.

A few years back a guy from Tauranga did a show with ONE LEG!

The judges will judge the whole package not one limb....Hell how many Olympia's did Dorian win with a torn Bicep? The rest is on the money, and they won't see your quad side on or from behind, thats 4 out of 7 poses.

Great stuff, mate! Awesome gains! I'm looking for to criticise (constructively, of course) and I'm drawing a blank. Ummm... Maybe the outer head of your triceps? Other than the leg (which to a certain extent is outside your control) everything's looking really proportional.

looking good well proportioned back bi's etc. looks like you might be a bit light on the calves and hammies though... thoughts?

yea i kind of thought my legs were my let down to be honest i train calfs hardly ever and can tell hammies are crap from wen i go to flex can flex all other muscles but hammies i dont feel it,

will practice posing them more,

didnt help that person taking pics new nothing about bb so couldnt get any feed back on if i was hitting poses right
