Thanks TFB. Yes, I have been measuring as well. My measurements have not changed from 8 weeks ago and my weight has plateaued at 54kgs. In saying that I have noticed a definite change in the shape of my body. My triceps and biceps are huge (well to me they are), my butt does not sag as much, cellulite is lessening, and my calves and the muscle on my shins (tibialis anterior?) are getting very defined. So like you said, what you weigh on the scales is not what it is all about.

I am going to set myself another challenge. One with cardio and lighter weights as I feel like I have built lots of muscle under my fat and want to keep the muscles but get rid of the layer of fat.

Way to go, MILF - like you I'm trying to strip off the over-muscle fat, and I got great results by shocking the body in 8-to-10 week chunks. Some pre-breakfast cardio if your lifestyle allows - and higher rep ranges. The best part is that it sounds like you've got your head around it already, and that's the hardest part!
