ive got 6 weeks to gain weight/muscle, what do i do!

Ok guys so I've got 6 weeks holiday until university starts.

My current stats

Age: 20

Height: 173cm (not sure how many feet.. maybe 5'8)

Weight: 60kg / 132lbs (fast metabolism, max weight ever gained 65kg)

Target Weight: 70kg - 154llbs +10kg / 22lbs

Training Activities:

* No Gym Membership (can't get/afford right now)

* Swimming pool @ home

* currently just doing mixture of: pushups / pullups&chinups / swimming laps in pool.

* no weights @ home

Supplements:

* 10 or so mega gainer shakes left (can't afford anymore at moment)

* 50 or so servings of creatine left (5 grams)

Food available @ home:

* eggs

* tuna cans

* baked beans

* milk

* fruit

* oatmeal!

* heaps of other stuff i can't remember

* dinner as cooked by mum :P (lunch usually dinner reheated)

Can you guys PLEASE suggest a basic guide on

what to eat

what to do for workouts

so I can reach this goal of 70kg 154lbs! Any advice / tips appreciated!!!

I see you have most good foods available so..eat

Per day..

1.Oatmeal + 5 eggs

2. Tuna can

3. Meat from the frezzer if you can find some + Fruit

4. Oatmeal + Tuna can

5. Dinner from Mum

6. 5 x eggs

Something like that, calculate it about every 2 hours and if you arent full after each meal scoff down some brown bread on its own or an apple or something, this is pretty much how i ate for 2 months and went from 84kgs to 106kgs.

how is an ectomorph supposed to grow without carbohydrates?

meals 2/3/6 need carbs. fruit isn't enough at 3

you should get some whey and whey/milk is a good source of protein.

I was just going off what foods he said he had at home since he doesnt have money to buy food he wants...
