Was damn wet today, was hard to train in wet shoes, dam weather, i havent done chest in a while so that was quite taxing. Still felt solid.

um well i been busy with other things, and was training a bit for my half marathon, but back into it now, got exams soon tho, but hopefully il get plenty of workouts in, i suppose you have exams soon too jono...

i got exams at the end of the month. also i had one yesterday.. :grin: it was easy.

Thats all. Had a change of plans and had to leave.

Had more technical difficulties and havent been on for a while, i see everyone is going well.

squats looking good. really up that water, 3l is nothing

Yeah go hard with the water dude... youll love the toilet breaks to hehe..

oh btw... if you dont have time for a huge workout.. stick with more basic movements for the triceps, eg: weighted dips, close grip bench press (This is king), ezbar skull crushers, behind the head seated db extensions.

bump to this.. i used to train triceps like that - with not much attention and a lot of pushdowns. to this day they are my weakest bodypart i regret not doing them properly for so long.

How many of those are you knocking off in a day? Is that the ne digi camera you used ?

i used my old shit one i have to plug in.
