One Arm DB Tricep Extention

Right Arm 10 x 10, 10 x 5

Left Arm 10 x 4, 10 x 2 (so weak)

Cable Row

60 x 12

72 x 8

Machine Shoulder Press

12 x 15

42 x 10

66 x 7

66 x 5 (66 is the stack)

Bit of Boxing just finish me off.

Bit of everything today, just felt like a lighter. higher rep w/o. i find the morning w/o harder as i dont usually eat as much as if it were in the avo or at night, not sure what i should do here, get up earlier and eat more or just eat a huge breaky real fast.

OK im back,

Ive been having major technical difficulties in the last 10 days or so.

I cant even remember what ive been doing at the gym, but i remember getting pinned doing squats at 90kg, but managed to do 100kg for 6 reps in the end. Yeehaa

ok now im going to attempt to read all ya journals, damn thats alot of reading. haha :pfft:

great work. getting pinned a few times will make you a mean and remove all fear from the squats.

Pretty pleased about this, dl felt really good and strong and the form is on. was pretty fatigues at the end there, otherwise id have done more DB row, likeing that at the moment. mmm might do some hammers now.

cheers man, yeh i got to eat better stuff, too many pies and beers, stuff that isnt really helping. but yeh i weighed myself and i was 76kg today, so i havent gained any weight really, back and forward i think. got another half marathon so i been trainging a bit for that.
