Introduction

Hi, names Phil

19years of age

Living in Wanganui.

Was drawn to this site after google "bulk whey protein", as a means of hopefully being able to afford the diet I'm going to put in place, noticed the Davis Trading 20kg sack's thread, now its all on!

Bodybuilding history.

Relativly new, havent yet commited myself enough to get the results im after, currently just athletic looking, hardly percieved as a bodybuilder or weight lifter.

As my personal life has changed, I now know i can put in the effort to achieve the goals I am after (post new years holiday away!)

Have just spent the last few days getting my diet plan sorted, a huge turn around to my diet of late, which is always healthy, but never revolved around body change.

Currently about 175cm, 75kg, going to cut down first (currently around 14% body fat), with small mass gains, before going on a strong mass gain stretch for a while.
