why did you scribble your face in the first one when you can clearly see it in the second pic.

also i would recommend bulking up a bit before trimming down , 86kgs ay .... it looks like you have a bit of muscle there but not much depth or width to it, not lats or the like..... are you trying to get into bodybuilding or just wanting to get cut for summer ?

I wouldn't say your bodyfat's as high as you think it is. Your abs are pretty visible, can see a 6pack thats about ready to bust out lifter.gif

Agree with chchardgainer - bigger lats would help with that V taper and some overall thickness... but that'll happen when you start bulking I guess.

You need to pack on some muscle before you even think about "leaning out". You'll start looking sick otherwise.

I agree if you start to try to loose bodyfat it is inevitable some muscle will be lost to., then you will look worse, good diet and keep up hard work in the gym is the way to go.

Good photos, Scott. You'll find them very handy when looking back at your progress in a year's time.

Like the others, I think your body fat is just fine. I don't think you need to do anything to specifically focus on cutting. Just concentrate on building lean muscle, and hold your body fat roughly where it is (I'm not a big fan of "bulking" diets).

What are you eating currently?

Looking lean Scotty. I agree with everyone else, to look better even in the short term you should just clean bulk as you're bodyfat looks real low at the moment. I got the same problem as you, my lats are well thick enough but I have almost no width (from a BBing perspective).
