nzmusclemonster
I think mine will take a bit of beating....I was doing squats and did a drop set... got to 30 reps on the drop set and felt something wasn't right. Racked the bar, fainted. Came to, threw up for the next 15 mins. Came to the gym the next day, first set got a massive headache. Stopped the session. Went to the gym the day after.... same thing. Went to the doctor and I'd burst a blood vessel in my head! 5 months off training!! Hardcore baby!

Manu
You guys had the same injury!!I haven't had anything too major happen in terms of injury but this topic does remind me of a certain picture that was circulating around a few years back, think it came from rotten.com.This dude was at the bottom of a squat and basically his insides came out. Makes my sphincter clench just thinking about it!!

big MAC
Yargh...I've torn a rotator cuff which wasn't nice, took about a year to get it up to full strength again.Probably the worst is the one I got right now, which is coming along well though. 2 Months ago I blew my knee out standing up with a 180kg clean. Had nationals 2 weeks later so kept trying to train very slowly on it, only squatted once in that time. Didn't come right, hurt it at the comp and next day couldn't even sit down without bad pain. It's taken 6 weeks till I can sit in the bottom position of a squat without pain. Luckily I can do other stuff, hopefully be at full strength around new years. diamond
a guy i know was telling me that a few years ago one of the guys that used to train at his gym pulled one of those old flat sharp edged 20 kg weider plates off a stack when it slipped out of his hands and dropped right on the edge of his toes. he was wearing some old school sneakers and it messed up his toes pretty good. Makes me go " oooh fuk that " just thinking about it.
Pseudonym
I don't suppose extreme DOMS counts? After one particular calf workout, I was walking around on tiptoes for a week. Hmmm... no, I have to admit, that doesn't quite compare with an unravelled nut!
