whats the point in making the shake? by the time you have made the shake i can scoff down to tins,

does anyone else feel a little like a freak and the check out when you have 40 cans of tuna and 3 or 4 1kg packs of brown rice :shifty: or is it just me????

if u want to mix it with rice, add BALSAMIC VINIGAR, its good

mix it with avocado as suggested, you can hardly taste it

heaps to mix it with and have it with, thai chilli, all sorts,

i usually get the smoked flavour, almost no deviation, but olive oil one is good .

ive gotten use to eating alot of sealords tuna that come in diff flavours i usually stock up on tomato and basil....starting eating that brand because i too ddont like the fishy smell and taste of tuna but this stuff is great man easy to down....
