Have been eating like that for the past year. Sitting on 10-11% BF at the moment at 115kg.

NO Pills are awesome. I only take a small amount (usually 2-3 30 min before I train). It is prob just psychological, but I do feel a bit more amped to train :pfft:

Pre Workout:

300 gram chicken, whole broccoli, 150gram brown rice, apple sauce or orange juice with 6 kre alk, 6 fish oil, 2 nos.

Post Workout:

60gram dextrose, 40 gram protein - 3g glutamine. 2 kre alk.

15min later:

7 whole egg omolate with ham - around 60 gram protein.

60 min later:

250 gram chicken, 100 gram rice, brown bread with peanut butter.

shit you eat a lot same, impressive! so how do you find having the NO pills before workout as iv never tryd but see a lot of people doing it..

I chew on a Dbol tablet just before I train...works wonders
