Effervescent creatine (which is so frothy mixing it is a pain in the arse - never again!)

Glass of orange juice

Douple scoop of protein (approx 45-50g protein)

If I could be bothered to get my A into G, I'd do it slightly differently...

Immediately post-workout:

Glucose, and a teaspoon of aminos/protein powder. (The added protein significantly improves the insulin spike, apparently.)

15-20 mins later:

Double scoop of protein

i personally mix the glucose with the whey and drink it slowly over 10-15 mins straight after my workout.

if you really wanted to you could even sip the glucose (dextrose) through your workout and have the whey with however much glucose you got left after you finish ^_^

how important is it to have you high GI carbs before your protein? i hate to muck arround with mixing and crap after a workout so usually just mix 2scoops dextrose and 1 scoop whey together and dirink as soon after a workout as possibe.

should i be trying to have the dextrose 5mins before or sumthing?

i would like to know the digestion rate of the 2 to try to get the perfect balance anyone know?

I agree - 2 scoops of whey would be more beneficial post workout.

Besides the mixing how are you finding it? Is this the Balance stuff? I bought a kg of it the other week cause it was cheap, it doesn't say you need a loading phase so i'm just having one before workout.

preworkout -small protein shake,n.o tablets,kre alkalyn tablets

durning- either water or sports drink and a few amino pills

post-full powerade mixed with 3 scoops of protein(70 gms) and 5 grams glutamine.

90 mins later 7 large egg whites 1 yolk,3 bits of wholemeal toast

middle of night-1 1/2 scoops protein and water.

300 gram chicken, whole broccoli, 150gram brown rice, apple sauce or orange juice with 6 kre alk, 6 fish oil, 2 nos.

Post Workout:

60gram dextrose, 40 gram protein - 3g glutamine. 2 kre alk.

15min later:

7 whole egg omolate with ham - around 60 gram protein.

60 min later:

250 gram chicken, 100 gram rice, brown bread with peanut butter.

shit you eat a lot same, impressive! so how do you find having the NO pills before workout as iv never tryd but see a lot of people doing it..

sounds like a shit load of protein,whats you b/f levels like, and how long you been eating after workouts like that for?
