Hey all,

I've been a bit of a lurker for a while, ok ages, thought it was about time to show myself, I would have earlier but my flatmates give me a bit of crap about BB so i felt kinda stink.

Anyway, i been going to the gym for about 5 years now, and got a bit serious with some powerlifting last year, i was pretty stoked to put up 105Kg bench, not bad for a little 70kg'er.

My main problem is the diet, i just cant eat all that food. so im currently 74kg, (like to be 80+) and 181cm, not really a BB body, but im getting there.

So i'd really appreciate any help anyone can give me, especially on nutrition, that would be a great help. Im not really keen to compete or anything i just do it cause its fun and i enjoy working out.

Oh and im keen for that virtual comp Pseudonym, so count me in.

:D Cheers

Cheers all,

yeh diet is kinda not good at the moment, and probably too much :D (beer), but il post something up, il just have to wirte it down and that, but i can tell you know there is too much saturated fat, probably 50g +, im a fan of the old pie, (especially while stumbling home after a night out).

Woohoo 200th member, thats cool.

O.k. its after 3am, just back from town, met this bar girl who was a BB, i could tell cause her triceps were huge (bigger than mine nearly) and she said she worksout 6 times a week, which is a huge effort, i was jealous.

oh jono, i also am to the point of feeling ill eating heaps of food, im thinking smaller (but more) meals might help, any thoughts on this.

Pseudonym, promise i wont lurk about anymore, and i got tons of questions, so il pump out 20 posts no worries.

Right time to rest and let those muscles grow.

IMO smaller meals more often are the way to go for any BBers regardless of their goals, especially if having large meals make you feel slightly ill.

Cheers Growth,

Trying 5 meals a day, and clocking up about 12,000 - 14,000 KJ. but i rearly can get that much unless i eat some bad stuff

But is it ok to eat more fatty stuff if it gets the old calorie intake up and not effect the amount of fat i have on me (currently about 10-11%), it doesnt seem to, its just alot easier than eating giant platefuls of rice.

Il post the diet up later today, please have a look and tell me what ya think.
