poos_n_wees
Interesting in that link how it says that for perfect bodybuilding PROPORTIONS, your calves, arms and neck should all measure the same  I've a long way to go!I tried googling ideal female proportions/symmetry but got no hits as well. Mind you, I don't think any general formulas can really tell us how we should look.. I think I'd drive myself nuts trying to conform to it! :?What kind of look are you after? With judging in most BB comps, I guess the 'ideal' bodyshape depends on the category you're aiming for, eg. figure vs physique.
Josie
I'm going for quite a muscular (but natural) look. My body has strange proportions as it is and I just wanted to try and keep it within an "ideal" range. Maybe I'm just being overly sensitive as I got teased for my broad shoulders whan I was a kid.I've only been training for a few months so it's not crucial right now anyhoo.
