i can see that this is going to be nothing more then an imature sh*t slinging match.

I have taken on board your help and I thank you for it.

But telling a guy who has no choice but to get only 5-6 hrs sleep a day, and who obviously cant have proper sit down meals to do the complete opposite is not helpful.

I told you how my day goes so that I could get good advise on how to work around it.

If I could do it your way I would.

You asked what my situation was and I told you, dont get snooty with me if your way cant work for me.

thanks to 2guns advice I will no longer be using wheat germ and B.beans as a protein source.

and I have taken awy a few other helpful pointers.

bro a while back my boss was off work for 4 months after a back op so it was just me at work,

i was working 8 hours a day and only stopped for one meal in that time which was lunch. as long as u compensate and eat more u will be ok, also have long last carbs (low gi). i was stuffing my face b4 work and then again at lunch time and then after i got home and after the gym so i was eating 4 meals a day as well as bits. and i still had energy

and it only takes 2 mins to put some water in a shaker and stuff a banana in yr gob. and u cant tell me u cant find 2 min every 2 hours. i mean thats not a meal but its something.

just stop and think about how to work around yr commitments and im sure there is time. no offence but yr job aint that high profile that u have no time at all... im pretty sure anyways

Im sorry for sounding like a prick.

I have given your guys replys alot of thort last night and realized that you were right.

It was just the way I read them was wrong.

I have decided to use your posts as a guide to fixing my nutritional habits.

I apologize if had made you feel like you were waisting your time.

I have come to this forum from B.building.com where I was constantly being put down and told what I was doing wrong as opposed to people helping me work around my lifestyle situation.

It is definitely not about me not liking what I didnt want hear.

I fully comprehend my lifestyle pitfalls, but I am not prepared to just give up becos of them.

My crap replys were more out of desperation for workable advise then out of narrow minded spite.

Plus just looking through all yesturdays posts, there are some replys there now which wernt there when I was posting also.

so im thinking there maybe somthing wrong with how I use my computer when posting and the delay period between replys and posts.

Please give me a second chance, you guys obviously have knowledge I need and I am willing to listen.

Hah. That sounds like bb.com. I got flamed for the first set of photos I posted on there. Out of curiosity, I just went back and dug it up. Here's what I was told...

You don't look like you have worked out a day in your life. If I had been lifting for 2 years and looked like you, I would quit.

I didn't quit. I identified the reasons I wasn't making the progress I wanted, and I worked out ways of overcoming them.

That's what bodybuilding is all about really - overcoming the hurdles. There are a few lucky sods, but most of us will have various obstacles we need to work around. What people have done in this topic is identify the things holding you back. Your challenge is to work out how to overcome them. :)
