I have been training pretty hard for the last 3 months on the Rippetoe Starting Strength program. I am looking forward to eating right and training hard now that I am back in Auckland. My goals at the moment are to cut while maintaining or preferably gaining strength. Once I have lost about 10kg, I will start bulking until I can squat 135, deadlift 150 and bench 95. I am not so concerned about gaining size at the moment as that willl come naturally if I get strong.
