INSPECTOR64 Posted October 20, 2007 Report Share Posted October 20, 2007 Ive just stocked up with my tub of EAS 100% whey protein and want to know when the most beneficial time is to hav it afta my workout.Ive also read about having a sugary drink afta my workout to replenish energy levels and create a insulin spike for tha absorbtion of the protein powder.Basically i want to know...(A)When do i hav my sugary drink? (B)Wot is a sufficient drink for this? ©How long afta ive had this drink do i hav my protein shake?Ive read theres window of opportunity for consuming these so i just really want to get it right and get specific timeframes please...Ur thoughts would be xtrmly apreciated.
