EAS Product called CLA

Has anybody heard of it and if so do you know what its like, I have been told it breaks fat down into your blood stream and is used for energy rather than using all your mucsles energy.

But i would prefer a second opinion??

Ok so i looked it up on wikipedia and it looks ok till you read what effects it has on over weight people.

Now i don't know whether to try it or not now i was going to get one lot to try see if it worked.

What do you guys reckon??

Its one of those things that takes quite a long time to show any significant effects.at leat from what ive read around.but ive nit heard anything bad about it.yet!

i've been using this for 3months now combined with proper diet and excercise, i have seen decrease in body fat being replaced by lean mass.but thats me, i'm not 100% sure if its from the cla as i also take whey protein, l-carnitine, lipo6,and no-explode.

CLA is a mainstay in my supplement regime, wouldn't do without it.
