How often do you raise the weight?

I have a weird kind system where I simply exhaust the muscle with a light weight then pulverise it with a medium to heavy weight until that muscle is pumped to the max and aching. I may do it 2 or 3 times then move on. Ive gotten huge doing this.

but I don't really make noticeable leaps in weight for weeks or months, but may go up slightly over that time.

How often do you put the weight up?

Yeah, I try to up my weight on most workouts/muscle groups, even if its by 1.25 kg. I recently been doing 12, 10, 8, 8 reps and increasing it for the 12 and 10 reps and hitting out with the same 8 reps with the increased weight that I get to, each to there own....but I am seeing results.
