The Legend Killer
High intensity cardio first thing in the morning before breakfast, and cut down your carbs.
Pseudonym
I'm just trying a form of HIIT now. I've never been a cardio fan, but training with a partner who sits on 7-8% BF (the bastard!) is taking its toll! The plan is to end up doing 10-15mins of exercise, alternating 30 seconds of sprints with 30 seconds of jogging. At the moment though, I'm doing 8 mins of 20 seconds sprints, and 40 seconds jogging (and sometimes walking...)It'll be interesting to see how it goes. Pseudonym
Hey Pseudo, are you doing it after your workouts or on non training days is this done one a treadmill .Looks good to me due to the short time frame.I do it irregularly. All non-training days (well, theoretically), and sometimes on training days when I can get off my arse. I do it before breakfast, and run round a local park, rather than on a treadmill.
