AlBundy
No xplode from what i've read only has 1 gram of creatine in it per serve. I guess thats 3 grams if you take 3 scoops but unless you have quite a high caffiene tolerance that will make you jittery as hell. They want you to buy the cellmass as well since thats a post workout supp they pack more creatine into it3 grams per serve if im not mistaken. The no xplode is first and foremost a stimulant from my experience. It does make you more focused but thats because of all the caffiene. Doubt it is very good for you if you take it often you will get caffiene tolerant so you will have to stop taking it for a while.I dont really know whats best bang for your buck the no explode is pricey 110$ for 40 serves. 100 serves of creatine mono will set you back 45 bucks.
