Intresting thing(and i totally am supportive of Tony) but how even though we know something is not healthy, which we have all knowen about BZP for a very long time, before this instance. That it is ok to take as it is not on some list that a board has developed, but then once they decide to ban it its NOT ok. Its all a bit of a leason in personal values really. I myself have used Performance drugs, but have a real anti stance on things such as BZP, from a medical researce point of veiw BZP is causing major havoc on our youth health and socity. But if it was no longer on the banned list would the "natural athlete" be happy to once again using it as a fat burner at the same time as downing the Steriod user??

It's true. Tony spent a lot of money on a lawyer trying to argue that fact, only for the Tribunal to turn his argument down. I believe it was a Leppin fat burner.

I had a look at a bottle of the Leppin Fat burner, two interesting points are that I didn't see BZP listed as an ingredient, secondly that it has a warning that use of the product may result in a positive drug test.

I had a look at a bottle of the Leppin Fat burner, two interesting points are that I didn't see BZP listed as an ingredient, secondly that it has a warning that use of the product may result in a positive drug test.

The warning was put on there due to the high caffeine content (around 220mg per 3 caps/200mg pure caffeine plus 100mg guarana) as when they first introduced it the caffeine drug test limits were lower. From memory it also originally contained Sida Cordifolia which contains a very small amount of ephedrine alkaloids. This was legal up until about 2001/2002.

Leppin don't produce a fat burner with BZP - however they contract manufacture BZP based dance/energy pills, of which many bodybuilders use/have used as a fat burner.

The only company that I know of that was reckless enough to manufacture a BZP based fat burner was NFS. I hate to think of how many people screwed their CNS using BZP on a daily basis.

bzp is all good in party pills, and as for the next day its no worse than a hangover form getting on the piss.

its not bad for your health either, if u do wat its says on the pack give or take a lil then ull be sweet.

y u hear about the bad cases of ppl when they od on bzp, but not when ppl drink to much alkz and end up in hospital. there will be more people harming their bodies from alcohol than bzp, believe me

thats exactly right, theres a huge fuss and its always on the news when someone ends up in hospital from bzp, but alcahol has something like %80 of weekend admitions to hopsital yet they will never try to ban that. and i think bzp pills are terrible just wanted to point out the obvious..... and dont think bodybuilders should take them.

hmm just bad experiences on them..... talking about trying to get to sleep and the morning after even at the stated dose. getting the major drys. the whole licking the lips and grinding teeth thing. and a few others that im sure you all know about. i think the main thing is that the long term side effects are still relatively unknown - dont wanna be 10 years down the track and find out that your infertile or something because of them.

and im not saying they should be banned!!! just dont agree with them - personal opinion though to each his own.
