wheels
yes paul i think that when you look at his uper body it looks as he trains it hard with big intensity vascular and hard musclethat would tell me that he trains his legs the same waysomeone that has a passion for bodybuilding will train every muscle group the same. not three nights on bench a week one night on legs every two weeks which ive seen alot.when someone walks out on stage with an upper body aswell as legs its so much nicer to look at

Gee, you have leaned out since Masterton and many of us at that show commented on your outstanding symmetry and commanding stage presence! Hang in there and you will rock at Nationals!! Oh, and good on you diamond for eating all of Badell50's cheat food to ensure he gets ripped!! :pfft:

diamond
hey it's diamond here. saw kent again yesterday and he's looking better and better as each day goes by. he's cutting out more carbs this week and by the time he hits the stage i guarantee that his condition will blow people away. he now has veins running through his traps and triceps and still has 10 days to go.and as for eating all his cheat food MT , i don't need any encouragement when it comes to carbs 8)

MasterTel
It might be just as hard in there mate...........maybe Phil will do that class??? That's OK - Phil K is just a skinny old man! :pfft: Seriously, Phil still looks amazing in his late 40's - I'm fairly sure he is the same age as me (47). Actually, after I competed at the North Island Champs and Mike Debenham at the South Island Champs, I reckon it should be compulsory for NZFBB event organisers to compete at the shows they also organise! :pfft:I'm sure Phil would be keen on that, but not so sure whether Mark Stewart would strip off at Nationals!
