quadrant6
hopefully it's cool to post stuff for sale hereI decided to give this a try even though it costs heaps. But the taste is too much for me and I'm now just having food instead:http://www.trademe.co.nz/Health-beauty/ ... 259194.htmIt's really filling though, I guess because of the carbs, anyway If it wasn't so sweet/strong and a bit cheaper, I'd stick with it. hydroslated whey is ok for lactose intolerant people. Cammo
Carbs per Serving: 46 Sugar per Serving: 42 The carbs are all sugar dude - your teeth will fall out if you keep drinking that shit Get some normal whey powder & add some low GI carbs like oats to the mix if you're wanting to bulk up - that crap you're drinking now is a rip off. Flex
It's a PWO shake hence why it's got dextrose in it and has a high simple sugar content. The original flavour is mainly dextrose however the other flavours are 50/50 complex/simple sugars which is what you really want. It's not designed to be used throughout the day unless you want to get really fat. The reason it's expensive is because it's 100% hydrolysed whey with shedloads of leucine in it. While it could do with being a little cheaper, stop ragging products just because they cost a bit of coin. Some sports supps are a little over priced, but not every product that's expensive is a ripoff.mariano404 - it's cheaper because it's the old formula and it's smaller - 908g vs 1488g. Price per gram that works out at pretty much the same.
