Creatine tops up ATP energy reserves.

It may make you hold water, or gain water weight.

This will be favourable as it will offer some leverage with your lifting.

It is not permanenent. As you come off it, it will reduce.

if you are doing a show, then you want to want to leave creatine out for at last the the last 2 weeks.

If not, no harm whatsoever in taking creatine and a thermo together, and neither will they work "against" each other.

Just make sure you drink a shit load of water.

Too true, however if you take Kre-Alkalyn you will not get the side effects associated with Creatine use (no water retention). In saying that I drop the Kre-Alk out a week before comp as it is no longer any use.

Does anyone remember the old days when the doctor used to hand out duromine everytime you wanted to drop some weight? Is anyone still using it? --- days seemed a lot shorter back them :shock:
