Newbie needing some advise

Hi there, I need some advise on how many carbs,protein and cals. I'm 155cm and weighing 62kgs( have stacked on an extra 8kgs over 18 months-too much of the naughty food and too many wines!!) I want to get back down to 54 or under by summer and would love to here any tips

I dont belong to a gym at the moment and mainly walk in the evenings and occasionally get my swiss ball out. I have a long term goal of body sculpting but I firsty need to get down to were I feel comfortable with my body- I want my old one back and to loose these flabby bits around my tum,bum and thighs(actually all ova)

Any advise would be great

Hey mate

I saw that no one had replied to your post but I would recommend you either join a gym and/or go and see a nutritionist

Its simple really Eat lots of vegatables + fruit ( fresh not fried) and eat about the same size of meat as the size of back your fisted hand each serving.

Lots of cardio + hard work and determination will get you there.
