Don't get so hung up about yohimbine based products. It's not all that flash and it's no magic bullet. They tried it in the 90's and it never proved too popular, now they've added some fresh spin to it and it's going around again.

.

those are some goood links, i didnt realise that either. have you tried any thermos that worked for you

The fact of the matter is that pretty much all the decent thermo's will work and most will get similar end results when used over time. If you use one and it doesn't seem to do anything for you as far as fatloss, either you are expecting too much of it, you used it incorrectly, or your diet and/or training was wrong.

Fat burners aren't the be all and end all of losing weight. At best they should really only be used short term (4 weeks) to help shift maybe a couple of kilo's of stubborn bodyfat. And effects will be most noticeable in the already very lean - say 10%.

However thermo's tend to be used for much longer periods, often by people that would be better off sorting out their diet and training first. In saying that I've known some pretty overweight people to lose upwards of 30kilo's over 6 months or more dieting and using thermos the entire time, but they really probably could have gotten just as great a fat loss without the thermo's, however it would have taken a little longer and a little more work diet and training wise.

If you've been bulking, or you are out of shape (around 20%BF) and think that cutting up entails changing your diet and adding a fat burner then you probably won't get the best results. Your first step should be adding/increasing cardio exercise, and reducing calorie/carb intake for at least 8 weeks before chucking a thermo in the mix. And if you haven't cut alcohol completely out of your diet, or don't plan to be alcohol free for at least 3 months, then you're fooling yourself to think a thermo's going to help.

I personally haven't used a commercial fat burner to lose weight for a good 4 years. Before that though I used my fair share of thermos, especially in the lead up to summer and always found them to work well, however this was normally combined with some pretty crazy diets. However I've never been a big supporter of the traditional off season mass gain where guys bloat up and stack on masses of fat with a little bit of muscle and so never would have gotten much higher than 15 or 16% during a mass phase.

The best fat burner I use now is called running 40k's a week and maintain about 12% BF eating clean 80% of the time.
