mind and body together will get the greatist results,

going form mag to mag hunting for mr Os training system and training that way will only leave you over trained, with next to no results.

then the next program will turn up next month and so it gos on,

strenght is consitant in most cases, where growth is very sigmentive and there where jo blog gives up to soon and moves on to the next training sysem to fall short again.

That's all fairly basic stuff and I agree, Cammo was the one With the over training comment, (sorry Cammo)

You can train as much as you like - you'll only get sick if your diet & rest aren't up to par with the amount of training you're doing...

Call it what you want - instead of "overtraining", I prefer to think of it as "undereating & under-rested for the amount of training done".

You cant force your body to grow from over eating,! that is the dumist shit ya said yet! and sleeping 22 hours a day wont do it ether,

i dont know how you have dreamed up these silly ideas, but you will never reach your bodys upper limits training, eating and sleeping like that! fool!

I just can't help myself with those murra's :pfft:

.... and what the f*ck is hvt? 017.gif

Like I've mentioned in previous posts - I've done HIT before, real 100%HARDCORE too :pfft: and it was only good for a couple of 8 week cycles before I had to change my routine up again.

It's not a good idea to sit on the same routine week in week out - it's all about fighting adaption (I read that in a study ).

Here's what my HIT looked like - I was doing 2 working sets of each exercise, alternating days 1 & 2, working out 3 times a week - 100% HARDCORE!!!!!! :pfft:

Day 1

Squat

Leg Curl

Standing Calf

DB Incline Press

Deadlift

DB Shoulder Press

DB Curls

Overhead Cable Tri Extensions

Hanging Leg Raise

Day2

45º Leg Press

Romainian Deadlifts

Standing Calf

BB Bench Press

DB Bent over Rows

DB Shoulder Press

BB Curls

Dips

Cable Crunches

A bit more involved than just "throwing weight in the air, in all directions" wouldn't you say?

I don't think anyone's turning a blind eye to it - like I've mentioned numerous times, It's not a good idea to stick with the same type of routine, day in day out, year in year out.
