HD had just turned me to be honest - I ran into the gym tonight, yelled at everyone there to drop their weights because they were all doing everything wrong.... (most of them probably were to be honest )

Here's a quickie with the webcam - excuse the striped curtains (and the excess bodyfat :pfft:)

I'm 6"2, currently 109kg, bf% = ??

I'm wanting to get down to 95kg before Xmas.

I bet HD's a fucking monster :pfft:

Yeah that one

Anyway, I picked Cammo because I can read his posts. I dunno, maybe the other guys saying some really insightful things, but we'd need a translator or a spell check or something to read it.

I'm sure if this guy was a member here he'd help us out with the translation....

Yip Cammo at this stage.

How would you feel if you lived on a inland populated, apart from yourself, exclusively by retarded chimpanzees?

Well thats how i feel!Dont laugh Cammo!Your one of those retarted chimps!

Gidday MRHDNZ glad to have you back, mate for all you know I might be MRHDNZ number 2 as a matter of fact my training leans more toward low volume high intensity thay anything else. So you may not be alone here but I think you might be a little narrow minded on the subject my friend. It works for you and my training works for me but you can't say that everyone elses training isn't working for them, can you?

morning d/b dog,

i think more importantly that the debate is all about the fastist, most productive way to get progress.

the need for princeples, not random instective training.

thats like walking into pack and save with a load of cash after not eating for a week and thinking ya going to eating clean, self control/hunger?

the other matter is ,what works for one wont or maynot work for a nother,

the basic fundermentals still apply to all bbers, stimuate(training)recover and adapt(growth)

i did read some one say there no such thing as over training! woo! thats madness, exersise is a form of stress on the body,

and stress as to be delt with before the body can adapt.

i didnt mean to attack anyone, but more to point out some things in training programs that need to be adressed.

That's all fairly basic stuff and I agree, Cammo was the one With the over training comment, (sorry Cammo).

I think that one of the biggest problems out there is that there are a certain number maybe a large number of gym goers/Bbers that will simply not use the intensity that is required for the sort of training you are pushing. Maybe they are scared of injuries maybe they just don't have it in them, I don't know? But what I do know is that for those people they need more volume to stimulate their muscle fibres properly.

Now that may not be the absolute best way to get a growth responce but it is the only way they with achieve it, do you see what I'm saying. I know you can argue that they are burning too many calories in the gym and eating into their recovery etc but for them it isn't going to happen any other way. :?

I think you are right on the money,

I also think that what works for one body type and metabolic make up wont always work well for another, and if people gave 200% to any training program that suited their make up - they would get great results.

But sticking with one training method will only work for so long - variety is the friend of growth.

Anyway that is just my opinion, I am just new to all this.
