Hi all

Hi everyone

I just joined this forum today. I just started taking my weight training seriously a couple of months ago, but I'm in it for the long haul. I've now got a steady routine, which involves four days a week (Mon-Tue, Thur-Fri), at about an hour at a time. It's what I do with my lunch break. I've started to see some progress, which is encouraging.

I'm starting to look now at what supplements would work for me. At the moment I'm only taking Balance whey protein. From what I can see, Norateen has a couple of products that look really good.

Well, that's me for now!

EDIT: Well, I left out a couple of things. I'm 32 years old, and well, a little overweight. I'm working on that too, mostly by cutting the crap out (mainly sugar), and getting a lot more exercise cycling. I plan to get an exercycle very soon and kill an hour a day on it.
